We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. the room was big and just what we needed. Amiable staff. the venue was right by a Metro station. Santiago thanks to its comfortable and ideal location.

I truly enjoyed its comfy location!
all the staff was very very helpful and nice, tackled my issues. location: the hotel was short walk to santiago, and a metro station. after long day i visited tip y tap for a couple of drinks.

Great value, room was big size, staff were amicable. Loved a safe, cable TV, and a microwave oven in the room. There was bathtubs too. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Tobalaba subway station, was a big plus.

Great central location in the heart of the city, which was awesome. the staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our room even had a wonderful bathtub to relax in after a long day exploring. 🛁.

In our room, we had everything we needed like a cozy spot to make tea and coffee 🍵, a nice space to eat, and a comfy area to relax. We snagged it for only $68! the location was spot on, right in the heart of everything.

The room had amenities like a safe, cable TV, and a microwave oven, which were appreciated. Having bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. the location was ideal and amazing, as it was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. There's a Family Fun Park, Coconut Creek, just a 10-15 minute walk away from the venue.

The wake-up service provided in my apartment was a nice surprise, the bathroom had a shower, free toiletries, and bath sheets, the staff here was very friendly and helpful.

My brief stay at Alessandria was for a quick business trip. the location was perfect, with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bedding, and easy check-in. Free parking was an added bonus and the continental breakfast was satisfying. the apartments are well-connected by public transport, making it convenient to explore the city.
I recommend this hotel.
